We are only selling because we have purchased a fifth wheel due to spending more time stationary on property we recently purchased. All TV’s have been upgraded to Roku smart TV’s. Both front tires were replaced in June of 2022 and front-end alignment completed. Just completed all oil & filter changes, roof inspection & interior and exterior detailing. Coach is stored indoors and is ready to hit the road. Will include sewer hoses, replacement filters for water system & residential refrigerator as well as the bedding for the bunks. The only blemish on the entire coach is some light flaking of the faux leather material on the captains chairs otherwise this entire unit is in like-new condition.
