The best thing about this floor plan is the front living design that comes with a bedroom on the lower level and a loft above it. Our daughters slept in the loft upstairs and loved it. The bedroom downstairs comes with a king bed and a mattress topper. The closet is very nicely-sized and the TV will remain in the bedroom.

We will include our 5th wheel hitch with an acceptable offer. This 5th wheel hitch is a B&W Companion hitch made for short beds (those 6.5 beds for folks like me who didn't want to get a 8 foot bed). The hitch is designed specifically for RAM trucks with the puck system. Very easy to set up and remove if needed.
