Like new condition! Goodyear tires installed in 2021. Awnings over slide outs, upgraded steps with handrail. This has been a great fifth wheel. We have only taken it out of state on four trips, other wise camped in Iowa. We have no pets traveling with us and is a non-smoking unit. Must see to appreciate the care we have taken of it! Auto leveling system, and all jacks have snap pads.
