This is a well loved and well cared for unit. We have kept it stored under cover when not in use. We have used this TT to travel to many places, most of which have been within a few hours of our home. The furthest we have traveled is about 400 miles/8 hours. We do travel with our 2 dogs, but no other animals have been in the unit. We have created some wonderful memories as a couple and also as a smaller family. We are selling because we have now outgrown the unit as our family has expanded.

The travel trailer is Used - Excellent Condition. We have upgraded the queen bed to a Wilderness RV Mattress “Montana Hybrid” and we have upgraded 1 of the bunk beds to a Wilderness RV Mattress “Dream Bunk.” The microwave has been replaced after the OEM went out. Upon further research the OEM was never meant to be enclosed which is why it failed. We also upgraded the bathroom shower head for better pressure and water flow options (no issues with original). We also increased the TV size from the original and updated to a Smart TV. The unit will also come with a My King WiFi system. The unit will come with a TireMinder system that we have found to be very valuable when traveling as it gives peace of mind. We also have a backup camera permanently installed on the unit. The backup camera connects wirelessly to a large screen monitor that suction cups to your windshield and is powered by your car’s auxiliary power outlet (cigarette lighter). The roof has been resealed, per the suggested maintenance plan.

The TT sleeps 5 people with 1 queen bed, 2 bunk beds and converting the dinette into a bed. The dinette itself has two benches with storage underneath. There is storage above the bed and above the dinette. The storage door under the bed opens to the under storage that has two outside access points directly across the unit from each other. The kitchen features a microwave, two-sided sink, 3-top burner, oven and fridge/freezer. There is storage located above and below the counter space. There is pantry storage that can be used for food but also has hanging hooks for clothes. The bathroom has a toilet and a shower. We have put in a toilet paper holder and additional towel hooks (both adhesive based application). The number 1 rule when using the RV is no number 2 inside the unit. There is also storage under the bottom bunk bed that is mainly accessible from the outside of the unit.
