SOLD! Beautiful, you might even say pampered, 2018 Winnebago Fuse 23T for sale. She’s 24 feet long and is powered by a mighty Ford® Power Stroke® diesel engine with a 5000 pound tow capacity. Her oil has been regularly changed. She has been stored under cover her whole life. I bought her in July 2021 from a wealthy guy in Florida who had her stored in an air conditioned airplane hanger. Since July 2021 she has been stored under cover in the back of a 40 foot covered space against a building, so she sees direct sunlight only during our trips. Also, She has been waxed 4 times since I bought her. She hasn’t been out since her last wax job so she looks all shinny and new. The guys who just changed the oil thought she was a brand new coach. Driving her back from Florida I averaged 18 mpg - I kept her at around 60 mph. Since then I’ve been towing a small 2013 Fiat 500 which has reduced my mileage to 16.5 mpg. The Fiat all set up to tow (e.g., RVI brake) is also for sale.
She has solar power on the roof that keep the house batteries charged allowing us to keep the Frig running while we travel. There is also an automatic roof exhaust fan that will come on when the house temp reaches 78 degrees. Her awning automatically retracts when the winds reach a certain speed. The slide is a nice feature because there is just enough space so that you don’t have to climb over your spouse when getting up and leaving the bed. Water heater runs on electricity or propane. Water tank is 33 gallon, Grey water 43 gallon, Black water 40 gallon. Black water tank is equipped with a heater. Propane tank is 13 gallons. Maintenance items: Engine oil changed on 3/1/24. The engine fuel filter change on 3/1/24. The generator oil was changed 4/14/23. The house batteries were replaced 4/7/22. Her tires were rotated 6/7/22. Her windshield was replaced 7/2023 due to a rock induced crack. I make sure she is driven every 3-4 weeks.
Upgrades: We installed a new porcelain toilet last year. The previous owner installed an induction stove top, a toaster oven, a big screen TV at the foot of the queen bed, and four external cameras. She has another TV above the dinette set.
We had some great trips in our beautiful Fuse that we enjoyed very much, but we are now planning to do some oversees travel in the coming years and will not need an RV.
