Camper is in great condition, everything works as it should. I put 5 brand new tires on it in may of 2023 including the spare. Has dual ac units thermostat controlled. 20' awning with exterior lighting. 4'x16' slide. Upgraded the main stairs with MORryde StepAbove RV Steps. Built in entertainment system with dvd/cd player with interior and exterior speakers. 2 TVs that can be easily moved to 4 different locations including outside. Rear load ramp converts into deck with railings. Rear cargo area has two motorized queen size bunk beds. top bunk can be locked in the up position and lower bed turns into two couches with dining table. We have a piece of carpet down in the cargo area that covers up the tie downs when we are camping. we just roll it up when we are hauling motorcycles. Has power jacks in the front and power stabilizer jacks in the rear. Has fuel tank and fueling station. Fuel tank ties into generator compartment. there is NO generator but is generator ready with controls already in place and wired. Also has a outdoor shower. Have all manuals and papers that came with it when it was purchased new. Only issue the camper has is, the two recliner seats and arm rest are pealing. We just put a cover on it. This is a four season camper with heated fresh water holding tank and grey tanks.
Tows great , I pull it with a 2016 ram 2500 with 6' bed.
