2015 28' Northwood Artic Fox 28F. Very good condition; very clean. Never smoked in. Outdoor kitchen with Aussie propane grill, power awning, power stabilizer jacks, and thermal Herh windows. Dimplex fireplace space heater. Kitchen has center island with plenty of storage. We are the 2nd owners and have owned it for 4 years. Recent repairs/improvements include a new Dometic toilet, new furnace, new 25' hardwired outside power cord, replaced stereo, replaced inside circuit breakers, and new custom queen mattress from McWhorter Bedding, Fairbury, IL. The stabilizer jack motors have been replaced and the slideout gaskets/seals on the entry door side were just replaced. The propane pigtail hoses have been replaced and a LP pressure test was recently performed. The Goodyear Endurance tires are 4 years old with approx 10,000 miles. The undersides are completely enclosed and insulated. Scheduled maintenance on the roof, brakes, and wheel bearings and slide-out seals performed yearly. A Curt 15k lb stabilizer hitch is included. Have all receipts since we owned it. Ready to travel anywhere. Currently stored inside in Eldridge, IA.
