We did the remodel because there was two small leaks when we had purchased it. We replaced all the walls damaged, subfloor and flooring. We have decided to sell because we purchased a toy hauler on a whim. Now one must go.
Front captains chairs need to be recovered.Awning works but the cable for the awning lights needs to be adjusted. Awning works for cover but either needs a deep clean or replacement. Toilet needs a new inner seal but our plan was just to replace the whole toilet with an actual toilet upgrade $200 on Amazon.
We are also selling our 2000 blue jeep cherokee with tow package. The jeep runs great and has a new engine in it and the tires are still newish. Asking $8k for the jeep.
