Great open floorplan with corner TV & fireplace, cabinets over the dash for unobstructed front views, a hide-a-bed sofa and euro recliner. Day and night shades throughout the coach. Dinette chairs, an extendable table along with cabinets and a computer workstation provide plenty of room for working/dining. All cabinetry is in excellent condition and these years of Tiffin coaches are known for great cabinet quality.

In the kitchen area there is a super quiet Fisher/Paykel dishwasher, a pullout expand-an-island, plenty of drawer and cabinet storage, a 3 burner Suburban cooktop, a Sharp Carousel microwave/convection oven and a Whirlpool residential refrigerator/freezer with ice/water in the door. We have installed an Acuva UV water filtration and faucet at the kitchen sink for safe, great tasting water!

Recently new Thetford porcelain toilet in half bath, central vacuum, Micro Air thermostat. 3 rooftop AC's are also heat pumps and the 2 propane furnaces work great. Please note that we will be keeping our adjustable king bed shown in some of the photos.

Rear bath has a macerator Dometic porcelain toilet along with a corner shower, opposing vanity, ample storage and a Splendide washer and dryer (new in 2022).

Extras and updates include all new ceramic tile backsplash done in Red Bay, AL, Magneshade UV blocking/privacy shades for the windshield and 4 other front windows. Outside tires protected by Magneshade covers. Recent new Sunbrella fabric black slide toppers, and Shade Pro all black awnings look more modern and match the paint wonderfully. Zip off vertical shade for the main awning. Non-slip custom HydroHide step covers. On the roof is a Poynting router antenna, Winegard, Sat dish, & a new King OTA antenna that feeds 3 TV's.

Biggest addition by far is the custom lithium, solar, inverter system that allows for many days of boondocking and most importantly, running an AC while going down the road! 1840 watts of solar panels, 1216 amp hrs of Big Beard batteries, 2 Victron 3000 watt inverters with Victron Cerbo GX controller, smart shunt, solar controllers and bus bars. ALL professionally installed.
