We bought this less new than a year ago. It was pulled less than 100 miles as I had a medical issue before we could go anywhere. It still looks and smells new. We will not be able to use it as we had hoped. We paid cash, so it has a clear title and can be yours the day you decide to buy it.

It has the electric tongue jack and 2 pairs of electric stablizing jacks, a big power awning and a big power slide out. It has a gas stove and oven, inside and outside kitchen with 2 refrigerators and a gas griddle. It has lots of big windows. The big TV and antenae has excellent reception and picture and is prewired for another one in the bedroom. The sound system is excellent with indoor and outdoor speakers, bluetooth, etc. There is a lot of well thought out storage throughout. The fresh water tank is about 40 gallons. It can operate with or without a water hookup. The water heater is dual electric and gas for longer showers. There are dual holding tanks of about 40 gallons each. It has the nice stuff listed in the brochure.

We are including several extras. Both propane tanks are full. We are including the 30' electrical cord and connector for a standard wall plug. It is hooked to a dedicated 30 amp circuit now so the AC can operate. We are including the hoses we bought for the holding tanks and a 25 gallon portable holding tank. We also purchased a much nicer Queen mattress that is included.
