This trailer is a gem. Spent 3 years in one spot at a local campground. We have no time to camp anymore.

All new tires and mineral rod last year.
Upgrades include: rear storage rack, upgraded trailer fan in bedroom w/ wiring for 2nd a/c unit when needed, custom hitch w/ built in stabalizer unit, upgraded faucet, outside small rear fridge and hotplate.
Lots of storage.
Pet and smoke free.
Few dents on front end from hail storm.
Couch has 2 small spots repaired from mice chewing during winter storage.

Currently winterized.
