A 2017 Keystone Extra Lite 30 ft 5th wheel model 28SGS. We purchased it new and have used it yearly until this year. We’re in our mid 70’s and it is becoming difficult for us connect and drive. It has several upgrades including an Artic insulation package, electric fireplace, dual fuel refrigerator / freezer (replaced 3 years ago) & a built in microwave. Also included are electric leveling jacks. The roof was last sealed two years ago and tires replaced with 10 ply tires at that time. There have been no leaks. The ceiling in clean and unstained. Everything works. Slides and awning are exercised in the off season. The battery is several years old but operated the jacks and slides last time we used it. There is a dual kayak carrier attached to back. This trailer is easy to tow and the braking system works well. We have the 5th wheel hitch plate for the pickup and it is available and can be purchased or negotiated into the deal. The awning material will need replaced but the mechanism operates well. The 2 lounge chairs originally in the end of the living room were removed and discarded due to excessive wear. You can replace with new or put something else there. The remaining furniture is in good condition with normal wear and tear. This unit has a regulation sized queen master bed with a Nectar mattress with only two seasons of use. Great hanging clothes closets in the bedroom.
