Looking to sell our travel trailer as we recently upgraded to a bigger model. We are sad to see this one go, as it packs all the needed functions into a compact size. It is great for a single traveler, couple, or small family. Comfortably sleeps 4, with availability to sleep guests on futon and convertible dinette table. The camper is used in good condition and well maintained. The only repairs we've needed to make were recaulking the bunks from weather wear. You'll see photos, there is caulking along bunk line, no water damage, no leaks (this is common routine maintenance with many pop out bunks). Recently recaulked exterior fixtures as well as applied new self leveling base to roof to protect from leaks.
