For Sale is our 2012 Pleasure Way Excel TS. We have had a wonderful time traveling with this RV. It sleeps very comfortably. The bed can be configured to sleep north to south or east to west. The dimensions of the bed are 73X81 so if you are not over 6' you have either option. The sofa and other bed portions are memory foam. We sleep north to south and lounge east to west if we decide to stay in bed mode. Of course, you can keep it in lounge mode and it easily converts to sleep mode with the push of a button for the power sofa. We have replaced some RV parts just because we felt it was time. Recent upgrades include:

• New Maxair Fan 2022
• New Dometic 3 Way refridgerator 2023 (same model and size as the original so the fit is exact)
• New Michelin Agilis Tires 2022
• New water pump 2023
• Plugs and coils changed in the last 3 months
• Generator serviced in the last 3 months
• Refresh on the driver seat upholstery with new fabric at exact match.
• Lagune mounts for rear and front tables. We have the original fixtures to switch back if you prefer.
• Upgraded all interior light fixtures to include dimmable LED recessed lights. These are an exact match to the original fixtures, but have a warmer color and are dimmable with remote.

• Ford V10 engine - this made driving in the mountains and interstate lane changes feel so much safer.
• Factory upgraded Hellwig stabilizer bar for better handling

• Wet bath w/ vanity and upgraded shower head to provide better water pressure without using more water
