Nice, spacious, very comfortable unit. New king size luxury foam rv mattress, Novilla brand. Front full size bathroom, with samsung washer (washer has 8 years on the warranty) and a dryer. Pantry option on the main level.

Newer (2022)water heater. New laminate flooring (downstairs and bedroom). French door fridge with bottom freezer.

Outside kitchen w/ tv. Clear title, private seller, no sales tax.

Gooseneck hitch.( I have adapter to fit in 5th wheel rails)

Roof in good shape ( a few patched nicks). Self leveling system. Some scratches and dings here and there but a very comfortable home.
