rv is very clean and has been remoded inside with white walls and brown cabinets. The top has been refurbished sealed and cleaned, It has a new 16 foot awning and new fold in steps. 4 new 10 ply tires in August 2023. New King size mattress is on order. Has stabilizers to reduce side to side movement. New Jack Knife bed and two recliners in front living area. Shinny paint. Everything works as it susposed too. Brakes have been replaced.
