  This coach has had one owner, with no major issues or accidents. Following the initial shake-down maintenance at Midway RV, all maintenance has been performed by the Newmar Service Center in Nappannee, Indiana. Maintenance records are available.
  There is one outstanding recall (Fuel Rail), which has not been performed only because annual inspections at Newmar suggest there is no related issue with this coach. Owner has chosen not to spend time resolving a non-issue. If desired, the new owner can take the coach to a Freightliner Custom Chassis or Cummins service center to have the work completed.
  The coach's current home is at Bella Terra RV Resort in Foley, Alabama. Please contact me through RVTrader with any questions or to request an in-person review.
  Seller will pay for an onsite professional wash/wax of the exterior prior to the coach's departure, after the sale is completed.
  An extended warranty may be transferrable. This will be verified prior to the sale, and if the contract allows it, the seller will take the steps necessary to transfer the contract.
