**Previous owners scratched the roof membrane and out of an abudance of caution we had the dealership cover with membrane tape to prevent any issues. We have inspected the roof both years that we have owned the RV. The membrane may need to be replaced one day but after both inspections we were told to use it until we had an issue and we may never have an issue. We were asking 45k for this RV but dropped the price to 38k to allow new owners a pricepoint to allow for replacing the roof if they wish. However, we have had zero issues with leaks over our two years of ownership. We are only selling because we want to upgrade.
