Automatic hydraulic self-levers make setting up camp a breeze. Unit is equipped with tank heaters to keep things thawed in cooler temps. Comfortable captains chairs up front also pivot to the center, and there is a small round table that mounts between them to allow for an additional eating area. The passenger seat is perfect for teleworking, eating a snack in motion or working on that crossword with the pullout desk from the dash. Equipped with 2 side cameras and a back up camera to ensure there are no blind spots when maneuvering. Since the unit is only 31’ in total length it makes driving a breeze, even for a newbie. Equipped with a quick disconnect propane line tied right into the coach’s main propane supply eliminating the need to bring other bottles for your grills.
I am the second owner. Unit is in very good condition, always well maintained. Living area house fan, house batteries and coach battery replaced Fall of 2023. Tires have plenty of life left. Unit has an 8000lb towing capacity with the Triton V10. Everything works as it should.

Sleeping areas include: over the cab full size bed with a 250lb weight capacity, jack knife couch, dinette that converts into a bed, 2 twin sized bunks and a queen bed in the rear bedroom. Entertainment: There are a total of 5 TVs throughout the coach: 1 in each bunk, 1 in rear bedroom, 1 in living area, and 1 outside with sound bar. Unit also has DVD player.
