This is a very nice 2019 Flagstaff 23FBKS which is the sister model to the Rockwood 2304KS. It is spacious with lots of storage for a trailer of this size including 5 exterior hatch doors. The Murphy Bed with heated mattress gives plenty of floor space to move around and the full width bathroom allows a lot of room for dressing and some privacy. It has several upgrades including a Maxxaire fan in the bathroom, porcelain toilet, keyless entry, upgraded hatch locks, improved entry steps and new tires in August. It also features a gas grill that attaches to an exterior rail and built in water filter system, and a sound bar to go with the TV, DVD and CD player. It's dry weight is around 4500 pounds which makes it easily 1/2 ton towable, has torsion suspension, both gas and electric refrigerator and water heater. I have kept it under roof since I have owned it and the previous owner stored it inside during the winter months. The Flagstaff/Rockwood brands are one of the better quality trailers and this one has given me no problems. The only reason that I am selling it is to move up to a larger unit.
