Great class A motorhome that has been VERY well maintained by licensed mechanic available for a great price. We have loved this motorhome and made lifetime memories, but due to family dynamics, it's time to let someone else enjoy it.

This RV offers much flexibility w/the multiple sleeping options (we used an air mattress on the floor too! will inlcude), 2 toilets, AMPLE storage space (not often found in many RVs) and so much more. While it has been well maintained, a few things that have been improved or upgraded:

• Wineguard satellite system,
• ALL NEW batteries in 2023,
• rebuilt basement and resealed / recaulked,
• brake pads,
• oil change and more.

Motorhome was stored in a heated, indoor facility to protect from the wear / tear of the winter weather.


As is with all of the 2017/2018 Thor MH, the furniture has delaminated, or started to peel. We have gotten by with furniture covers and crib sheets. It hasn't bothered us, but one may want to repair or replace the pieces. I have received quotes from $6,000 - $8,500 to REPLACE. We are discounting the MH MORE than that so you can make your own choice!

Because we are not mechanically inclined, all of the maintenance / repair work has been done AT the Thor plant in Indiana or by a local certified RV mechanic. The tires have been inspected on a quarterly basis and we have been told numerous times that there are another 50,000 miles to go because they are the top of the line tires. (can provide documentation)

There is nothing wrong w/the MH that we know of other than the furniture issue mentioned, we just cannot continue to hold on to it and are pricing it aggressively. It can be yours for the 2024 camping season! Some "house" accessories included for personal purchase (kitchen ware / linens.etc). NOT smokers.
