Beautiful and very functional 4 season unit we purchased new in 2017. Includes built-in 5.5KW Onan LP Generator (only 14hrs on it). The mid-bunk doubles as an office or extra bedroom with a loft that 2-3 of our grandkids could sleep in. Kitchen has island double sink, residential fridge, micro-wave convection oven, gas stove/oven and roomy panty. Eating area has table / 4 high back padded chairs. Living room has love seat recliners. pull out sleeper, fireplace, big screen tv and audio system. Bedroom has queen bed, dresser, large clothes closet, washer/dryer closet, separate A/C. Outside has large basement pass thru storage, Nautilus P1 Water Connection System, Self-Leveling jack sytem.

The first year we did one cross country trip for 2 months and I didn't want to come home. Since then, we have only used it 2-3 weeks a year within a days drive of home. Most of those trips have been to take the grandkids to local Jellystone Parks in the summer. It stays winterized and covered most of the year, including tire covers.

Some of the upgrades or improvements made included changing out the manufacturer Chinese brand tires to Goodyear G614 light truck tires. I also have 2 spare tires for the trailer. We added the Onan generator with the purchase, but found we weren't "boondockers" so it only has 14 hours on it, mostly testing in the driveway! I upgraded the bathroom faucet and shower head. I also added a Fusion Rear View Wireless video camera with monitor for the truck. I also bought 2 new deep cycle marine/RV batteries for it last summer. I will include all my hoses, chocks/blocks, etc. if interested.

Includes Reese 25K fifth wheel hitch for the truck, that looks sharp in the truck and is easy to remove when you just need the truck bed for hauling things.
