I purchased used in early 2019. Been doing maintenance work as needed during my ownership. I've replaced the electric fireplace (not used) and has a new convection oven (not used). Factory wired in master bedroom for a TV. TV in main cabin. I have replaced the original mattress with a short Queen. (Dynasty Mattress 10Gel-Queen-RV) Space for mattress is 63x78. I believe a standard Queen might fit. 3 burner propane stove, AC/propane refridgerator. Cummins Onan GenSet. 108.3 hours. (only 8 hours since oil and filter change with Mobile One synthetic) One Solar panel (not sure of size but I think its at least 120 watt) with ZAMP Solar Charge Controller 12VOLTS/10 AMPS for Gel, AGM and conventional batteries. Unit has 6 Duracell AGM group 27 batteries. 60 amp Progressive dynamics 2 bank charger.
Black and Grey tanks are 45 gal. Comes with 2 propane cylinders. (I remove them prior to storage) Large escape hatch in bedroom overhead and a bedroom window escape. Closets painted dull white with ventilation and led lights. All cabin lights are led. I have the wooden tri-fold door for bathroom divider. I've replaced with a Canvas curtain. I've added the rear splash guard as seen in photos. Re-routed generator exhaust. I suggest that all caulking be examined and repaired as needed. I did about 60% just 3 years ago. I have several fresh tubes of Geocel Proflex bright white and clear. Also Dicor Lap Sealant non-sag Grey.
I recently put back on my F-550 as seen in pictures. The price quoted is for the camper only. Camper must go before or with the truck.
I will add to the Description and pictures as per questions I have not addressed. This is my 4th truck camper since 2005. This camper is heavy. As per placard it will exceed 4500#s easily when loaded. Probably closer to 5500.

GVWR 17950. Edge Monitor 10 parameters. Never tuned. EGR repaired, new injectors at 85K miles. Current mileage 127600. 2 air compressors and two (2) 3 gal air tanks. Can be combined to run air tools of use one as a backup. Coolant has been replaced twice. 2nd replacement only 2 years ago. 700,000 mile/7 year Delo coolant. Only used to haul camper and tow my off road jeeps.
