Up for sale is our 2002 35’ Winnebago Adventurer 35U with the Ford V10 engine that currently has 40,008 miles. We purchased the RV in December 2006 as the second owner and we have all maintenance records during our ownership. The RV has been stored under an RV canopy and is in excellent working condition.The two slideouts and the leveling jacks are controlled by an HWH hydraulic system, not a gear driven system. The RV has an electric foldout sofa sleeper in the living area, a dinette that folds down into a bed, and the large bed in bedroom – providing sleeping for 5 or 6 people comfortably. There is a microwave/convection oven, gas cooktop, propane/electric fridge and a 10- gallon propane/electric water heater. The RV also has a basement residential HVAC unit with ducted return grilles in the ceiling. This is a much more efficient means of cooling the RV compared to two roof mounted units that most RVs have. Heating is provided by a propane furnace.The original front TV has been removed and replaced with an HDTV model and the TV in the bedroom is the OEM TV that was never used. There is an exterior entertainment center on the passenger side of the RV that includes an AM-FM/CD player and speakers.The 245/70R19.5 16 ply tires were installed 3 years ago and have 8,400 miles on them. There is also a spare tire mounted under the rear of the RV.The 5.5 kw Onan Marquis Gold generator has 1,275 hours on it and runs great. The RV has a 30-amp service that handles all of the 120v electrical needs when connected to shore power. There are two 29 series 12V batteries that provide power for all 12 volt lights and appliance requirements.There is also plank flooring throughout the RV with carpet in the front of the coach only. The kitchen has Corian countertops and solid wood cabinet doors and fronts. A new set of Sunguard exterior window shades (3 piece set) is also included.
