Like new, only lived in 5 months. 3M 50% tint added to windows, 3 roof vent hoods added, black out curtains on 2 large windows and 5' sliding door. Washer/dryer prep, two a/c units (total 30,000 btu's), central vacuum, two TV's, Wifi booster, second GFI circuit added, extremely large pantry behind large TV.
Also seen in the photos is a 8' x 8' storage shed on a PT wood deck plus a PT wood porch they have been sold.
The trailer is in great shape and there is nothing wrong with it. We are selling for personal reasons. Own a home and raising grandkids.
