We are trying to buy another home and need to sell asap. This has been lived in for 2 years, never been taken anywhere but from the rv lot to our lot. It has a outdoor kitchen and shower and outside speakers with radio. It's in good condition with except of the couches, they've been picked by our cats and torn up pretty good on the corners, but the price reflects that. It has a fireplace and 1 1/2 baths and we replaced the rv mattress with new queen mattress, but it will hold a king. We bought the stackable washer and dryer extra and we'll leave them. It has a solar panel and battery backup for the 12 volt system.
