This travel trailer is in like new condition. We purchased it new and it has always been kept in our pole barn. There have been no pets or smoking ever in the unit. Trailer was washed after every trip prior to parking it indoors. Have had our grandkids on one trip. Everything works as designed. Has a queen bed, jacknife sofa bed, two spacious bunk beds, and dinette bed. Fridge is gas/electric, gas hot water tank. Has two 12vdc batteries with disconnect switch. We have added 12vdc heat blankets to the holding tanks and a 2kw modified sinewave inverter which can be easily replaced by a pure sine wave inverter. New air conditioner installed 2 years ago with soft start circuitry so it can be powered by a small generator. We just purchased our retirement motorhome and it is time to give up our great Aspen Trail trailer.
