Our 2013 Tiffin Phaeton 42LH was purchased new in July 2013. It has been kept inside our private garage at our home since new. My wife and I have taken a great deal of pride in caring for this motorhome, and I have been miticulous about maintenance and have kept notes of service, repairs, modifications or additions, including photos and some videos (like replacing an HVAC unit). I have also created some drawings and one-line diagrams of electrical systems and TV distribution for reference, including part numbers of replacement parts when possible. With only 21,637 miles on her, there are plenty of good times left in this motorhome. My wife and I have enjoyed many days of camping (if you can call it that) primarily throughout Arizona and Southern Utah. We are confident that you will not find a better 2013 on the market and the next owner will enjoy this coach as much as we have.
