• 2007 JACO SENECA, 37' Class "C" RV with with 3 slide-outs being sold by original owner. It sits on a Chevrolet 5500 HD chassis with DuraMax Diesel power. It has an Allison 6 speed transmisssion and a diesel Generator. It has a large set of House Batteries (new)with an inverter, and seperate engine starting batteries. It has just under 70,000 original miles on it, and is in good running order, with all slide-outs, automatic leveling system and jacks working well. It has roll out awnings and is equiped to tow a vehicle. Since I bought it new, regular maintenance has been done over its life time. The JACO SENECA has propane central heating and cook top; and is also equiped with an external BBQ grill that stores in an external compartment and connects directly to the main RV propane tank. Cooling in the driver area is run off the main engine. Cooling in the living area is provided by two roof top AC units powered from generator or shore power. The forward unit is larger and it was replaced with a new unit installed one month ago. The smaller rear roof top unit currently needs to be replaced.

The interior upholstery and carpet are original and should be redone, and Iwould take the opportunity to replace most of the bedding. As was stated above the rear roof top AC unit need to be replaced and in addition a recent Florida storm blew off a small (12"X12") plastic skylight/vent in the bathroom which needs permanent repair to stop any leaks. There is a roof top tracking satellite antenna (DirecTV) which we do not use so a small 'smart TV' may be desirable. The RV can sleep 8 people ( 2 in MBR; 2 on pull out sofa; 2 on the convertible dinntte; 2 in the over-cab bed) and an additional person can sleep in the fully reclining chair in the main living area. All linen, towels, pots,pans, dishes, utensils, etc. will remain with the RV.
This RV could go camping now, with cosmetic and AC issues being addressed as needed
