2007 Fleetwood Fiesta LX for sale for $10,000. 63,000 miles.

This is a gas motor home with the W22 Workhorse Chassis, 8.1-liter engine and 6 speed Allison Transmission.

All 6 tires were replaced in 2021, tankless water heater was installed in 2022, new front roof AC unit 2022.

Including add on items: 50 Amp Surge Protector ($75), King WIFI repeater/modem($180), Guta Tire Monitor ($244), Demco Commander Tow bar, ($500), drinking water hose, Sewer lines and fittings, and leveling blocks.

Motor home is in fair condition for a 2007 model and is being sold “as is”. There is some water damage from a leak in the roof (past and present).

This is a 2007 RV so some issues are to be expected and I am selling this RV “AS-IS” with no repairs promised or warranties from me. I was told by a dealer that the retail value was approximately $17K and wholesale value is approximately $8K – Due to the age of the unit and current condition I am reducing the price to $8K

Here is a list of issues with this unit:
1) There is currently a leak in the rear slider that has not been fixed. I took it to an RV shop and they said the slide needs to be sealed/RTV'd and the slide awning needs to be replaced.

2) Over the years there have been other leaks but the leaks have been repaired. In some of those areas the wood may be “damaged” or ”soft” but the leaks were repaired and the wood/wall have been good enough for me.

3) The paint clear coat is peeling on the hood and back near the camera.

4) There is an engine 02 sensor that is bad (Bank 1 Sensor 1) -- it does not affect the drivability but sometimes you will get and check engine light.

5) The generator runs but does not take the load -- not sure what is happening with that but I hardly used the generator so wasn't aware of this until the other day.
