Newer tires (less that 10k miles), newer batteries (2 for coach, one for engine, less than 1-1/2 years old), 4k Onan generator, newer front shocks, steering stabilizer. New recliner chairs, toilet, interior dinette cushions have been recovered and foam replaced, as has bed above cab. TV with DVD player, back-up camera, new smoke alarm and carbon monoxide monitor. Electric retractable entry stair. Everything works well (air conditioner, water heater, heater). Well maintained.
