We chose to re-design the sofa area to incorporate a dining area which you will see in the photos. The sofa seat and cushions have been saved for anyone who prefers a sofa over a dining area. What we saved is shown in one of the photos. The murphy bed lowers over the now dining seats. We added a 3" memory foam topper to the mattress.

Air conditioning unit was replaced in April 2022.
All 6 tires were also replaced in 2023 at 45000 miles.
Upgraded to AGM Batteries in August of 2021.
