This unit is located in Mesa Spirit Resort in Mesa. This unit has not been traveled with and it has been parked on this site since we bought it. It is in excellent condition with minor wear. All systems are in working order. This site has a 12x10 metal shed and a 12x10 gazebo sold together or separately, if anyone is interested in becoming a Mesa Spirit resident.
