This unit sleeps six or more if you inflate a blow-up bed on the floor. Outside TV with speakers. Main TV and TV in the bedroom. 5500-watt generator with two Atwood ACs the quietest in the industry.

Everything works. We camped in it for five nights and used it for day trips locally. We have kept the low voltage de-humidifier running since it was purchased.

There is no odor in the unit. Two coach batteries were replaced six months ago and the chassis battery about 45 days ago. The solar panels power the alarm and dehumidifier and keep the batteries topped off.

The automatic levelers work great. The V-10 engine pulls hills easily. We have towed our Honda CRV a couple of times, no problem as if it's not there. Rear camera and side mirror cameras help.

The pop-outs have retractable covers, something many RVs don't have. The large awning has never been used and covers the TV area outside.

Some minor flaking of the driver and passenger seats, a problem for many RV's. The seats are in great condition, only sat in them for a few hours as the mileage indicates. Vinyl plank flooring just like a house.

The large shower works great. There is an outside shower handle. We can throw in some added items at the full price including an electric sewer line macerator that uses a garden hose. No more large bulky hoses. A 25' 50 amp extension cord, drinking water hose and filter, and more.

Why are we selling? Some personal issues have prevented us from using the motor home. Rather than let it sit for several more years, we have decided to give someone an opportunity to use it.

Dealers want $100,000+ for a unit that has 1200-1800 miles on it from the factory. My unit has 3200-3600 miles more than theirs. Save on sales tax and all of those fix-it items you can forget about. Dealer prep fees and other costs are gone. I will work with your finance company if you decide to finance it. If you are a Mississippi resident, sales tax is only 5% on motorhoes.
