Unit has been a wonderful RV for our Family. For a 2012 model, It is in pristine condition on the inside. It has three slide outs. One in the bedroom, and opposing slides in the living area giving it a very large feel in the living room. Very comfortable recliners in the rear. The pullout Sofa was replaced last year with leather covering. The pullout bed is Hammock/Spring style(No Bars in in your Back) and is very comfortable. Master mattress was replaced with a home style pillow mattress. Has a Fireplace, 32" smart TV and Stereo/DV player in Livingroom. Bedroom has 24" smart TV. Bathroom has a very comfortable corner shower with glass doors. All items in the unit work as they should. Large outside pass through storage. All jacks, awning and slides work off a remote with hard switches for backup. 50 amp service. Tires and spare were replaced last year with 14 ply heavy duty tires (less fear of blowouts). Outside is a little faded. I plan to try and wax it depending on how fast it sells.
