Regarding the camper's history: I am its second owner. The first owner, unfortunately, did not have the opportunity to utilize it due to the onset of COVID-19. I purchased it from the original owner in Long Island, New York, and subsequently transported it to its current location in Miami, Florida. We have been its proud owners since December 2020. Our reason for selling is quite simple: we are transitioning away from camping with recreational equipment towards a more conventional camping experience.

This camper was constructed just prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, a period when craftsmanship was at its zenith. This is evident in the intricately rounded cabinets - a level of interior work detail that is no longer provided.

This camper boasts several unique features, such as a bedroom fitted with a queen-sized bed, a spacious bathroom, an onboard Cummings 5500 generator, and dual A/C units. The main cabin A/C is equipped with a Soft Start system. It has a 40-gallon fuel tank that powers the generator and provides fuel for your toys. It also includes a 100-gallon heated fresh water system, two heated tanks each with a capacity of 50 gallons for black and gray water, and a Happi Jack bed. Entertainment options include two TVs, a stereo system with speakers both indoors and outdoors. The kitchen is equipped with a convection microwave oven and a refrigerator that operates on either 12v or LPG.

The camper is in great condition, having never been involved in an accident or sustained any damage. It does, however, bear a minor cosmetic scratch on the front passenger side. There have been no instances of leaks, and all features function perfectly without any problems.

Camper sleeps 4 by default, however, there is ample space for air mattresses.
