This has been a wonderful unit. Have lived in it off and on the last 2 years. It has a onan generator with 59 hours. Ran monthly for PM. A $500 surge protector. LG large residential fridge/freezer with ice and water in the door. Has an ice maker. Top of the line inverter. New 50' heated hose. Fireplace. Tunnel box. Lots of underneath storage. Automatic leveling system. 105 fresh water, 75 gals gray water. 50 gals black. Central vac. A lot of interior storage. Has a splendid washer and dryer. 3 ac's. 2 have heat pumps. 2 40 lb propane tanks. 2 30 gallon fuel tanks. 1 is for generator. The other has a pump and nozzle for toys. The garage is set up to haul 2 motorcycles with the condor wheel chocks plates mounted in it. Has 6 tie down points. 6 overhead storage cabinets in the garage. Has a lot of drawers in the master. I installed a safe. Has 3 tv's. 2 DVD players. Stereo surround system.a work station. Table seats 2 or can be pulled out for 4 with the leaf. Dual recliner. A ceiling fan. A sliding door to the garage. A stereo with outdoor speakers. 3 awnings. 2 side, 1 rear. Ramp converts to a patio with a fence. 3 auto exhaust fans. 3 burner stove top with oven. Microwave/convection oven. All drawers are wood, not partical board. Soft closing.Real wood cabinets. Not laminets. Pull out pantry drawerspull out trash can. I have left lots of silverware and utensils behind. Knives too. This unit has two entry doors with electronic keypads . I installed a rear camera. The monitor comes with it. So does the tire minder system. I'm a non smoker. And never had a pet in it. Google DRV and you'll see these are not a cheaply made RV. Top of the line. Just like a Luxe. I'd keep this unit but moved in with my girlfriend. Hate to see it not being used. I know there's a lot I have left out. It's a beautiful unit that pulls well. I highly recommend a one ton dually or bigger truck to pull it. It weighs #19,000 empty. I have cleaned and recoated the roof in November of 2023. Waxed it as well for the winter. I also caulked every seam. The awnings work great.
