This toy hauler has an exceptional amount of cargo area, 17 feet in total of available hauling space inside. Dining benches are easy removed if more width is needed for cargo. I have included the Television, sway bar and hitch, hoses for water and sewer with accessories and electrical cords and plug ins for 50 and 30 amp connections with an extender cord included.
There is a pull down screen on the back door. Two full propane tanks in the front of unit along with a carry rack for extra storage. The manual awning is fully operable and there are no problems with the unit. The spare tire is new along with two of the tires and the other two are still in good condition. 10 ply tires kept covered and on jacks at all times. Exterior Work and Play decals have wear and tear.
A/c is in good condition both heat and air. The stove top and microwave barely used in good working condition. Queen size mattress like new and very comfortable. Like new Extra mattress available if you would like it for extra sleeping space. Lots of storage space above bed cabinets, three more cabinet areas and 3 drawers under bed. Great camper for traveling with your toys with plenty of sleeping space and storage.
