SALE PENDING - SALE-PENDING---2017 Crossroad Z-1 ZT2288RR Toy Hauler for Sale. I am the second owner of the trailer and am selling it due to a lack of use. I purchased this trailer in May 2021 with the hope of traveling around the country. In order to make it more appealing to my wife, I completely upgraded the inside of the toyhauler. This upgrade included completely painting the inside walls and cabinets with a high grade sherwin williams paint, replaced the bath tub, bath surround and toliet with brand new white colors. I also added pull down shades to all the windows and upgraded the vinyl to high grade vinyl plank flooring. All the appliances are in excellent condition and the Air Condition puts out cold air. I also added additional storage and changed the color of the jackknife soft to light gray. The tires are almost brand new as is the battery. Finally I am including a quick set tent for the toyhauler ramp and a anderson towing hitch set up.

I am often asked why did I remodel the unit after buying it? The answer is simple, my wife disliked the older dark laminate and none of the colors matched. So being a handy man, I took it upon myself to upgrade this trailer at the factor of the price of buying a new one. Plus it was absolutely a labor of love, as I totally enjoyed the project.
