This VERY LOW MILEAGE RV has been parked in a corporate storage/parking lot in the Jacksonville, FL area for about 4-years due to family care requirements. the interior is clean and in very good condition. and the exterior has been professionally cleaned. Except for sun crazing on the front finish, the balance of the body & roof cleaned up well.

Both the chassis battery and the coach batteries are new as of Dec-2023. included in the storage bays are all of the hookup connectors needed for campground setup. also included is our towbar and related components.The RV has been officially inspected by a member of the NRVIA and has confirmed the working condition for the three slides, the automatic leveling system, the refrigerator, etc. The RV fuel tank is low on gasolene and so the generator will not start without at least 1/4 tank of gasolene

The sunlight cover is cracked but has been resealed,,, as have been the roof edging and the windshield seal This Sunova design offers many good features, including generous storage units, three television sets (one external), full service kitchen, good size shower, RV King bed, reliable heating/cooling system. The low mileage on this RV is a result of reduced travel opportunities, due to the need for the owners to provide health care for either aging parents or themselves. The RV has not been involved in any accidents and is a road-worthy unit. Regarding the pricing approach, we have researched on-line list pricing for Sunova models over the past 2-decades. The results say that a 2013 Sunova on the market in late 2023/early 2024 would be listed at $55,000. . and it would include seller profit, if added in. So recognizing the current status with our unit, we have allowed for a few new owner expenses and established our asking price at a very low $35,900.
