We purchased this unit new in June 2022. It has always been stored inside when not being used and we have never stayed in it for more than a week at a time. It is pet and smoke free. Absolutely nothing wrong with it and is in immaculate condition. It has two air conditioners, tankless hot water heater, solar panel, and auto leveling system. I installed maxx air vent covers and a television in the bedroom. The mattress has been upgraded and has always had a mattress protector. I installed new 14 ply tires in October of 2023 (the original tires were still good I just felt it needed 14 ply tires). It has a Reese goosebox installed and I have the original pinbox as well.(I can switch them if you prefer) We have meticulously taken care of this camper, it has been washed after each trip including cleaning all the bugs from the front end and wiping down the inside. The wheel bearings and spring shackles have been greased per the maintenance recomedations. Clear Missouri title in hand.
