Unit has been housed in a 20X40 shop to stay in a great condition. No leaks or soft spots in the flooring. Never smoked in. This unit has been extremely well maintained and cleaned after every use. All rooms have TV mounts and TV's are included in the master bedroom, living room and outside kitchen. There is not a TV in the bunkhouse. The pull down bunk has never been slept on. We added an additional AC unit in the master bedroom. All decor throughout the unit and kitchen utensils are included. Power cable, weight distribution hitch, hook up lines and all accessories are included in the sale.Wear and Tear: The recliners have some peeling. There are 2 areas on the dinette top cushions where the buttons belong that were chewed up by a puppy. Besides the mentioned areas, those are the only known cosmetic issues.
