LOW MILES! VERY CLEAN, LOVED AND CARED FOR! Always cleaned from top to bottom after trips. Tanks flushed a minimum of 3 times EVERY time. Favorite features: 1/2 bath, storage, kitchen and bathroom are fully accessible while in motion. 1/2 bath really helps when you have a teenager or guests along with you. Master bathroom has BIG shower and linen closet. Master bedroom offers walk around queen. Double hanging closet and large deep drawers. Hidden storage behind TV. Queen sleeper for guests. Dinette lowers to a bed, short in length but great for kids. Electric fireplace is a great feature for cold nights. 1/2 bath has great counter and floor space. Ice maker in freezer. 3 burner Stove/oven. Large tall storage for big appliances in kitchen. Solid surface countertops, double sink, large microwave. Big pantry next to the couch and overhead storage above also deep storage drawers under the dinette that come all the way out. Driver/passenger seats are soft and comfortable. The upholstery is PERFECT. The darker parts on the couch are real leather. Flooring is tip top with exception of an area by the door where previous owners must of had a small doormat. Linoleum slightly discolored underneath however I purchased a nice large rug (included) which is very nice for dirt and debris so we were not bothered by that whatsoever. Coach drives really good! I am a female and I drive it the majority of the time while my husband kicks his feet up in the passenger seat and reclines with drink in hand! Drives one handed on the highway no problem. Steer tires 5 years old/rear tires 3 years old. Generator serviced in 12/23. Exterior body paint could use a good gel coat detail on the beige parts. Some cosmetic blemishes here and there. Front cap/rear along with graphics look nice and shiny. 2 Ac's, slide toppers, frameless windows, auto level, rear and side cameras, Stainless appliances, porcelain toilets', motorcycle lift hitch receiver, Onan generator (348 HRS). Water heater runs on LP. Safe-T- Steer plus full alignment completed 2 years ago. Motorhome has never sat and has been driven on highway every 30 days. Also all jacks down to alleviate pressure on tires while in storage. Various camping items included. Dual Rhino sewer hose system w/ suppports, outdoor tv/stand,wheel covers,original paperwork with coach.
