We bought in 2013 and is a great camper. new roof in 2019, new awning 2023. Heat & A/C works good. Only item that doesn't work is the radio, we used our own speakers. Has outdoor kitchen with microwave, fridge, sink, and 2 burner stove.

Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TMPS) included so you can see the tire temp/pressure in the cab of tow vehicle.

We are including all the items that we accumulated for camping: pots/plates/utensils. Outside rugs, chairs, extra tv. x-cross wheel stabilizers, stablizer blocks. Fresh water hose, black water hoses and lots of misc items.

2010 GMC 2500 can be bought as a package deal. Pulls the camper with no issues and leveling, sway bar keeps it from moving much at all even when big rigs pass.
