2011 Eagle Fifth Wheel with very unique floorplan. This 36' FW is equipped with a 26' road side slideout that includes kitchen w/pantry, hallway W/D prep & linen closet and bedroom wardrobe and vanity. The 12.5' curbside slideout includes the dinette with table/4 chairs and theater seats. The 80" tri-fold rear sofa opens up to a 70" king bed for sleeping. The furniture has been upgraded from the original and the interior lighting has all been upgraded to LED along with the tinted glass in cabinet doors and under cabinet trim. The rest of the interior is original and in extemely well cared for condition with hardwood doors/slide fascias, Corian solid surface counter tops in kitchen and vinyl/carpet flooring.
The exterior is also mostly original and in extemely well cared for condition. The fiberglass sidewalls and front cap were clearcoated eliminating the need for wax and making it very easy to wash. The upgrades include electric 4 point leveling, aluminum Glo-Step entry step, 50 amp cord reel, Sanicon mascerator, upgraded electric patio awning and 2nd awning on slideout, Morryde pin box and rear hitch.
Electrical system has been upgraded to 2-L16 AGM batteries in front storage along with 2000 watt inverter.
Water and sewer includes 75 gallon fresh water tank, 12 gallon water heater, 52 gallon black tank and 52 gallon grey tank. Tires are Goodyear Endurance ST235/80R16 with Aluminum rims and under mount spare.
This has been a fun and very reliable FW for my wife and I and has been all over Michigan and Indiana as well as Glacier NP and Grand Teton NP with no issues outside of normal maintenance and has been stored in heated storage when not in use. We're the second owners with the original owners having used it very little.
