Bought brand new only 4 months ago,huge bunkroom with 3 bunks and the possibility for 4. Very spacious bathroom, pantry and refrigerator are bigger than expected, 3 burner stove inside, large outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, sink and griddle, 2 ACs, furnace did a phenomenal job keeping up with the winter temps, with the single digits outside it was toasty warm inside, installed a kitty/small dog door, 2 20lb propane tanks included, battery, huge awning with led lights and inside/outside speakers.
The custom built cedar wall adds the perfect touch of cozy with the outdoor aroma! The fireplace is 1500 BTU and puts out enough heat to minimize using propane. Only reason for selling is we need something a little bigger while we travel for work.
