Beautiful like new 40’ fifth wheel camper! This floor plan is hard to find and very sought after. Lots of upgrades! Everything you could need or want it’s ready to go. All the sewer hoses and connections are ready. Water hoses drinking and non drinking are ready. It comes with 2 propane tanks, 2 grey water lines, washer and dryer hook up. It comes with a 50’ power chord. Extra bracing was added to skirt boards and all plumbing or electrical penetrations through the floor have been spray foamed. We only stayed in it 5 or 6 times since we bought it new. We had a surprise pregnancy which is our fifth child so priorities have changed at this time.
