Currently in Lincoln, Nebraska. Used about 3 times a year. Tires are 5 years old and will need replaced. Electric fireplace for heating in addition to the furnace. Water heater, AC, awning, refrigerator, cooktop, TV, radio all in working condition. Winterized and roof checked professionally each year. Tailgate also has railings for a patio with a magnetic screen. Shades in main area have been replaced recently. There is small hail damage on the street side and peeling wallpaper in a section of the bedroom
