We are selling our 2019 Grand Design 273MK fifth wheel located near Wilmington, DE. On extended trips lasting eight weeks or more, it is very comfortable for two people. It can sleep 6, but we have only slept four for a few days at a time. There is a small desk where I find it easy to work on mechanical design projects. A nice feature with this design is that with the slide in, all the interior components (except for that small desk) are accessable for a quick lunch stop. The RV is equipped with an and an outdoor kitchen ns Lippert Turning Point pin box. We purchased a “Forever Warranty.” To keep the warranty current all components have undergone a thorough annual inspection and any discrepancies have been corrected. It has the usual appliances, refrigerator, stove, oven, air conditioner, heater, etc. With no other load, our 2.2Kw Honda generator will start the air conditioner. We have added a solar panel and battery monitoring system to maintain the battery charge during extended storage. Other upgrades include Carlisle tires, tire pressure monitor, gel foam mattress, propane tank monitor, easy to use sewage hose storage, and backup camera. Included are all the little extras (hoses, levelers, tools, surge protector power adapters, etc.) that are needed to make an RV functional.
