Except for a wrongly factory installed axle, which was fixed after replacing 2 sets of tires. This 5th wheel has been trouble free since the day we bought it. The couch and recliners fabric was deteriorated thererfore are NOT included. Everything works. No Leaks. No Slide Issues. Replaced plastic toilet with porcelain. New Tires. Removed Shower door replaced with shower curtain & rod. Much easier to clean. Comes with 100ft water hose, 2 - 50amp Cords, 30 ft Sewer hoses & CATV Cable. It has been a great unit. We have quit RVing and want to sell due to Health Issues.
